I have been going to Affordable Hearing in Lakewood for about 13 years. Kaycee was my audiologist until she recently retired.. Best of luck to her! Now I see Ross Archie.. great guy and knows his stuff! I must give kudos to Julie the receptionist! I am 71 tears old and have dealt with receptionist's all my life. She is definitely one of the best I have EVER encountered!! Exuberant, friendly, and makes a client feel very welcome!!.. Thank you to Kaycee, Ross and Julie!! Keep up the great work!!

Reluctantly, I kept my appointment with Hearing Specialist, Dr Archie, from the Lakewood, CO - Hearing Center, considering the stay at home orders in place. However, Mr Archie, and I practiced social distance, but he was still very professional, accommodating, and made me feel like a valued patient. Very explicit in explaining certain recommendations and offering solid and much needed advice and suggestions. I must say, at 79 years old, I was very thankful for his expertise and kindness while I was there yesterday. I've praised other hearing specialists in the past, however, I won't forget how Dr Archie, twice now,has treated me with professionalism and coupled with his exceptional customer service skills, makes him somewhat rare, in any field of customer service. I went to affordable Hearing Center today to get a free hearing test today. I tried Nano hearing aids and all they were was amplifiers. I walked out today with new Hearing aids from affordable hearing, and already my hearing is great and so far my Tinnitus is all but gone. The staff there is AMAZING. I have 30 days to try these, so no risk. If your looking of hearing aids, i would go here.

Kaycee and her associate are a very pleasant, professional, and helpful group to work with. I would recommend them. That said, my Starkey NuEar NOW hearing aids are an older iteration of what’s being sold currently. Apparently Starkey has not come out with satisfactory, effective Bluetooth software upgrade for them, i.e., they’re constantly cutting out, one connecting & one not, etc. The offered “solution” instead is to upgrade to the newest version. That’s an unacceptable, very expensive choice.
