Very pleasant experience

On May 14, 2024, my parents flew in from Pittsburgh to attend our son's high school graduation. My 82-year-old Dad woke up the next morning and told me he had forgotten the charger for his hearing aids. To add comedy to the already hectic week, as I was calling various hearing aid businesses to locate a replacement, I would hear Dad (in the background) tell everyone in the house about the "battery low" warnings he was getting every few minutes. After several calls to various businesses, I finally spoke with Julie from the Affordable Hearing Center. I explained the entire situation. I immediately could sense Julie's sincerity and compassion. Julie said she would look into it and call me back if she could locate a replacement charger. Julie advised she is a "call taker". Within a short time, Julie called me back and told me she had located a charger. When I hung up the phone and told Mom and Dad, Mom shed a few tears of joy, because she was worried Dad wouldn't be able to hear the graduation ceremony. Through this review, I hope future patients will read this and sense the sincerity, compassion, and "like family" service you get. I also hope Julie's supervisors see this and publicly recognize her for going above and beyond. Lastly, I hope Julie sees this and understands how much her effort and understanding meant to my family - people she has never met.

Very convenient appointment on a very short notice.

Roxanne was so kind and professional. Since I was there I went ahead and got sized for my customs ear plugs as well. The test was very easy. I would definitely recommend Affordable Hearing!

Had my first appointment at Affordable Hearing Center. All the staff were friendly and professional. Roxanne administered a very thorough examination of my hearing and turned me over to Doctor Jane Petersen, nationally known hearing specialist who works closely with the Hearing Research Center at Iowa State University. We agreed upon the best hearing aids for my situation and I go back in a week for the next step on my road back to good hearing. I highly recommend the whole team at Affordable Hearing Center in Lakewood Colorado.

I am so impressed with this hearing center. My mom has dementia and they have been so incredible with her. They genuinely take the time to make sure that her hearing needs are met. We never feel rushed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
